bellicon Strength is a full body workout completed on a medium or strong bellicon rebounder.
In this bounce-less class, you will tone your abs, arms + glutes as well as improve your balance + stability.
Core + Cardio is a lunchtime express class that fulfills all your fitness needs in one class.
Half core-strengthening moves + half intense cardio will leave you standing taller + feeling lighter.
