bellicon Move is a rejuvenating class designed specially to adapt to the health and wellness needs of our participants. This class welcomes anyone with injuries, or needing special attention or modifications as well as the individual who wants a relaxing, yet still invigorating workout. Come ready to learn about posture and alignment, improve balance and coordination skills, and feel renewed and restored. 

Take this class if:

a) You’re new to this!
b) You're overcoming an injury.
c) You’re in the mood for a rejuvenating, revitalizing class.



bellicon Bounce is a cardio and strength interval training class. We circuit strength exercises that tone the lower body, upper body, and core with circuit exercises that boost cardio endurance. You will leave with a complete full body workout, with every muscle worked from the inside out. 

Take this class if:

a) You’ve taken the bellicon Move class already
b) You want to SWEAT!
c) You’re in the mood for an intermediate, but challenging class


bellicon Circle is a High Intensity Interval Training (HITT) class. This is an advanced level class which challenges strength, stability, endurance, speed, and coordination utilizing various stations. This class pushes you mentally as well as physically to step your workouts up to the next level and increase muscle growth as well as physical performance. 

Take this class if:

a) You’re into TRX and CrossFit training!
b) You want to focus on strengthening a specific area of your body.
c) You’re in the mood for a high-intensity, advanced level class.


SwissJump® (NEW)

SwissJump® is a class born out of bellicon's European roots. This 45 minute fast-paced class utilizes the bellicon t-bar and popular music with a strong beat. Get ready to burn calories during this cardio-based dance workout. All participants use extra-strong bungees in this class to stay synchronized. This is an open-level class that will leave you sweaty and with a smile on your face.

Take this class if:

a) You love to dance, but want simple moves to follow.
b) You enjoy fast bouncing with the support of a t-bar.
c) You want a calorie burn without feeling like you are working out.
