Sarah has been training the Chicago fitness community for over 6 years. She strives to leave every student feeling strong, challenged, and rejuvenated. After obtaining  her BFA in Musical Theater from Columbia College Chicago, Sarah started her fitness journey by becoming a Certified Stott Pilates® Instructor. She loves teaching Pilates but believed that there had to be a fun yet effective way of doing cardio. When bellicon came into her life, she was hooked and felt full of energy after each session. Once Sarah became a certified bellicon Move, Bounce, and Circle Instructor she was able to share her joy of rebounding with all of her clients. 

In addition to teaching, Sarah explores fitness endeavors by training for triathlons, studying ballet, and continually expanding her fitness education. Another aspect of Sarah’s life is her love for theater, music, and performing original material around the city. Sarah utilizes elements of music in her class and believes that if you motivate the mind the body will follow.
